Hermanez is the alias of Michael Coninx, a DJ and producer from Genk, Belgium, who began spinning at the age of 13 and secured his first club booking at 17. His sound moves between tech-house and progressive house, drawing on groovy, tribal-inflected textures that have earned him residencies and guest slots at venues including Circo Loco, Cafe de Anvers, and Melkweg in Amsterdam. He has released on labels including Lost & Found, Suara, Mobilee, Kindisch, and Tronic, and runs his own imprint Miconn Records.
