Dubspeeka

Dubspeeka is the alias of Darren Beale, a Bristol-based producer who spent much of the 2000s as a founding member of the electronic group Kosheen, responsible for two gold-selling albums and a run of international hits. As Kosheen wound down, he shifted focus entirely to the studio and developed a mature, stripped-back techno sound under the Dubspeeka name. His productions have appeared on Drumcode, Last Night On Earth, Suara and his own Skeleton imprint, and he has performed at venues including Berghain, Gashouder and Tobacco Dock. He played Asylum Nightclub in Bristol for The Prog Lab on 30th November 2019, and returned to play Death Disco in Bristol for the Intimate Sessions series on 21st March 2025.
