CID Inc is the solo project of Henri Hurtig, a Finnish producer and DJ based in Oulu who began making music in the early 1990s and has over a decade of experience as a professional sound engineer. He was previously one half of Mashtronic, a project that drew strong support from John Digweed and appeared on his Bedrock imprint three times. He founded Replug Records in 2009 as both a personal outlet and a platform for emerging talent, and has since released on labels including Inkfish and Tribal Vision. His productions are known for their technical precision and richly textured progressive sound. The Prog Lab booked him for The Loco Klub in Bristol on 2nd May 2020, though the event was cancelled due to Covid.
